Landscape maintenance specification - The maintenance operation includes pruning and trimming during every third visit or more often if required, depending on the specific needs of different species. Grassed areas are cut according to the season and growth rate. Additionally, flowerbed, borders and shrubbery are all kept weed free and checked during each visit.

Replacement or addition of trees are made whenever necessary while taking special care to recognise harmful growths/suckers at the tree base. Hard standing paths, driveways and car parks are kept clear of all major and minor debris on a monthly basis including removal of weeds and moss.

Cleaning specification - All apartment windows are cleaned externally when appropriate. Windows in common areas are cleaned internally and externally, including the sills, frames and ledges. Carpeted areas are cleaned weekly paying special attention to edges while vinyl surfaces are mopped, dried and buffed including the removal of any marks where possible.

Refuse areas are cleared of rubbish fought-nightly and placed for local authority collection on the appropriate day. These areas are swept clean and disinfected.
